Login sessions are subject to automatic timeout after a period of inactivity. You may log out manually at any time from your account dashboard. When you sign out, your session data is cleared from the browser.

Troubleshooting login issues on durian

Click the "Forgot your password?" link on the login form. Enter the email address associated with your durian account. You will receive a password-reset link via email within a few minutes. Follow the link, create a new password, and return to the login page to sign in.

After multiple failed login attempts, your account is temporarily locked for security. Wait at least subject to verification before trying again, or contact our customer support team for immediate assistance. They will verify your identity and unlock your account.

Check your email spam or junk folder. If the code does not appear within subject to verification, request a new code from the verification screen. Ensure your phone number and email are correct in your account settings. If issues persist, reach out to our support team.
